Meteorite circuit

Rochechouart

This hike offers numerous views of Château de Rochechouart 👀.

This 12th-century edifice was built by the Viscounts of Rochechouart on a rocky spur to defend the territory 🏰.

Today it houses the Musée Départemental d’Art Contemporain de la Haute-Vienne.

During your visit you can still observe two frescoed rooms and the framework visible on the top floor 🤩.

Briance trail

Solignac

A stop on the Camino de Santiago, Solignac boasts a rich heritage ✨.

Along the way, you’ll see the abbey church with its row of domes, a unique building in Limousin, and the medieval bridge that spans the Briance river 👀.

As you walk, you can also catch a glimpse of the Château de la Borie in the distance 🏰.

Montbrun trail

Dournazac

This is a beautiful hike that allows you to enjoy an exceptional panorama at the highest point “Le Grand Puyconnieux” (498 m) 👀.

You’ll pass through small hamlets with traditional buildings, and along the way you can admire the Château de Montbrun 🏰.

Puys and Valleys tour in the Pays d'Aixe

Aixe-sur-Vienne

The circuit takes you to discover the Arliquet site and its chapel, and passes close to the Château de Losmonerie 🏰.

In fine weather, you can visit the estate’s gardens and raspberry collection 😋.

Voie verte of the Hauts de Tardoire

from Châlus to Oradour sur Vayres

From Châlus station, you can take the Voie Verte to Oradour-sur-Vayres 🚲.
