Founded in 1942 in the heart of the Limousin, Laiterie Les Fayes embodies the region’s history and agricultural know-how. Born of the desire of local farmers to add value to their milk production, the company has survived the decades with a deep-rooted attachment to the land.

Despite structural transformations and name changes over the years, the dairy has remained true to its roots: producing quality dairy products directly from the work of Limousin breeders.

More than just a company, Laiterie Les Fayes represents a living heritage, bearing witness to the rich agricultural heritage and spirit of collaboration that have characterized the region for almost 80 years.

Local products and know-how

We’ve told you, Laiterie les Fayes is an institution in Haute-Vienne, its production is made in Limoges and the milk is collected with the utmost care by TERRA LACTA from partner Limousin farms within a 60km radius. 🐮

Taste always wins at La Laiterie! There’s no question of added proteins, preservatives or other additives; the natural quality of the milk is the centerpiece of Les Fayes products. 💪

The products are manufactured according to the rules of the art to obtain top-of-the-range, natural and good products! And the proof … the fromage frais and faisselles are ladle-molded, and the fromage blanc is awarded the gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole every year. 🥇
