Maison Delbruyère is a family-run, artisanal business.
Located in Pageas, in the Périgord-Limousin regional park in Haute-Vienne, it was born of Lionel and Isabelle's shared passion for quality, tasty and generous products. Eager to share their know-how and products, and to perpetuate tradition, they transformed their stone barn into a workshop dedicated to smoking.
Maison Delbruyère mainly smokes salmon, but not only!
Tuna, halibut, haddock, cod, fish eggs...
La Maison Delbruyère also offers a wide range of seasonal seafood delicatessen products: tarama, cod or shrimp accras, salmon gravlax, marinated herring, tielle sétoise, paella de la mer, cod parmentier... As well as a selection of fresh fish from Boulogne-sur-Mer & La Cotinière.
