Annabelle RAYNAUD produces goat's milk cheeses handed down from mother to daughter. A range of raw-milk cheeses, more or less matured, are offered to satisfy gourmets and gourmands alike: logs, ashy pyramids, fresh cheeses coated with spices or aromatic herbs, cabécous, faisselle and "la feuille du Limousin".
