The Délices Safranés saffron farm is located in the hills opposite Bellac, giving it a magnificent view of the town. On the naturally drained land, favorable to saffron crocuses, the owners also maintain fruit trees and a few beehives for their saffron transformations. These include classics such as saffron jams, but also original products such as saffron honey or wine jellies to accompany foie gras or cheese dishes, and of course, saffron for your own culinary creations.
