Limousins milk since 1942

Founded in 1942 in the heart of Limousin, Laiterie Les Fayes embodies the history and agricultural expertise of the region. Born of the desire of local farmers to add value to their milk production, the company has survived the decades by maintaining its deep attachment to the region.

Despite structural transformations and name changes over the years, the dairy has remained true to its roots: producing quality dairy products directly from the work of Limousin farmers 🐮

More than just a business, Laiterie Les Fayes represents a living heritage, a testament to the rich agricultural heritage and spirit of collaboration that has characterised the region for almost 80 years.

    Local products and know-how

    As we said, Laiterie les Fayes is an institution in the Haute-Vienne, its production is made in Limoges and the milk is collected with the greatest care by TERRA LACTA from partner farms in Limousin within a 60km radius. 🐮

    Taste will always win out at La Laiterie! There is no question of added proteins, preservatives or other additives, the natural quality of the milk is the centrepiece of Les Fayes products. 💪

    The products are made according to the rules of the trade to obtain top-of-the-range, natural and good products! And the proof … the fromage frais and faisselles are ladle-moulded and the fromage blanc is awarded the gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole every year. 🥇

    We don’t know about you … but we’ve got milk in our mouths! 😋
