





Myriam and Geoffroy HATET raise pigs and lambs and grow cereals for their feed. They produce charcuterie, sell fresh meat, and concoct ready-made meals and preserves, all without any chemical additives such as preservatives, stabilizers, antioxidants or thickeners. Lamb production takes place only from June to September.
