Coralise and Guillaume work as a couple on a small 40-hectare organic farm with a herd of Limousin cows and the production of cereals for their bakery.
Their sourdough breads are baked over a wood fire using flours from our own production. We offer a range of 8 different breads (country, wholemeal, meslin, special, gluten-free...). Orders can be placed the day before by text message, but are not necessary. Once a quarter, they also offer beef parcels by order only.
Direct sales at the farm are open on Wednesday and Friday evenings from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, and you'll find them at the Cussac market on Thursday mornings and the Saint Junien market on Saturday mornings.
