Boucherie La Paupiette Enchantée

La Paupiette Enchantée, a traditional butcher's shop, offers a wide variety of meats (pork, beef, lamb, poultry) from farms in and around Saint-Yrieix. One of its specialties is Le Saint-Yrieix, a traditional young bovine (regulated local production), with tender, pinkish meat.
