On her "Bienvenue à la Ferme" (Welcome to the Farm) and "Haute Valeur Environnementale" (High Environmental Value) certified farm, Anne Paraud looks after some thirty Alpine goats and cultivates 17 hectares of fields to provide her animals with their food, which she produces independently. All the milk produced is transformed on site into lactic cheeses, which she makes in her laboratory: farmhouse goat cheeses made from whole raw milk, fresh, semi-dry, dry, ashy, seasoned, logs, tommes, etc.
Direct sales at the farm every evening around 5pm from March to November. Sales at local craft and farmers' markets in summer, and at the weekly market in Flavignac on Wednesday mornings from 10am to 12pm, from April to December.
Come and meet her on her farm, at milking time. To find her, follow the little white goat signs.
