Along the way, you’ll come across old extraction pits, remnants of a fascinating industrial past, now swallowed up by greenery. 🌳

And as if that weren’t enough, the path passes right by the Jonchère arboretum, one of the oldest in France. A veritable open-air plant museum, it boasts an incredible diversity of species from all over the world. A perfect diversions to complete the walk and feast your eyes on between hundred-year-old beech trees, giant sequoias and other botanical curiosities. 🌲🌍

Allow around 9.3 km for a 2? hour walk (shorter variant of 5.6 km, around 1? hours), enough to take in the sights without giving up all your strength.

A shorter, 3km variant is ideal for families, offering easy, accessible walks packed with natural treasures.
