This itinerary follows the northern half of the Loges forest. It will take you from the Croix du Loup - a mysterious place name - to the heart of the forest by a portion of the Roman road built in the 1st century AD, which linked Limoges to Saintes. Along the way, an ancient milestone marks the passage of man at this place since ancient times
The route is 6.3 km long.
