Every autumn, Limoges becomes a showcase for the French-speaking world. Formerly known as ‘Les Francophonies’, this event highlights the richness and diversity of French-speaking cultures through theatre, dance, music and poetry. A vibrant, daring and cosmopolitan festival, where established artists and up-and-coming talents from all corners of the French-speaking world come together 🦓

A French-speaking journey to the four corners of the world

Each edition of Les Zébrures is an invitation to travel without leaving the Limoges area.

For the 2026 edition, the event is showcasing Eastern Europe and Asia. Audiences will discover contemporary theatre and artistic productions from Poland, Slovakia, India, Russia and South Korea 🌍

This mosaic of cultures is what makes the festival so rich: each performance becomes a bridge between continents, offering audiences a unique, vibrant and profoundly universal experience at Limousin.

Its theatres, squares and even its streets are transformed into spaces for creativity and socialising. Here, the city becomes a vast playground for artists, where every corner can be turned into a stage. Tickets are available online via the festival’s official website, as well as at the venues themselves (subject to availability). Remember to book in advance: some shows sell out quickly!

All venues are accessible to people with reduced mobility, except for the Théâtre Expression 7.
