A protected site, located on the site of the Brunagères rocks, the summit of Puy de la Besse (775m) offers a wide, circular view. It is one of the highest points in the Haute-Vienne. Located in the commune of Peyrat le Château, it overlooks the Bois de Crozat and Lac de Vassivière. Puy la Besse can be reached via several paths, including the Chemin des Poètes and the Tour du Bois de Crozat.
