This invigorating, sporty water walk has become a popular activity in recent years!
The principle is quite simple: all you need to do is don a tight-fitting wetsuit, a pair of sneakers, a paddle if you like, and set off on an adventure along the coast.
For best results, the water should reach between your navel and your armpits.
