Want to cast your best flies in a calm, unspoilt setting? Welcome to the Boisserie fly reservoir in Haute-Vienne. Here, just nature, technique, and beautiful trout ready to give you a hard time. A true paradise for fishing enthusiasts at Limousin 🎣

A lake designed for fly fishers

No rods, no lures, just fly fishing. The site has been designed with this in mind: accessible banks, a suitable density of fish and a 100% zen🌿 atmosphere.

Whether you’re an expert with a whip or a curious angler looking to improve, this is the ideal place to perfect your skills and catch some great trout 🐟

DID YOU KNOW?
Here, fly fishing is responsible and sustainable. Depending on the season, no-kill fishing is compulsory (all the trout are returned to the water 🫧) or sampling is limited (1 salmonid per day in summer).

A place to clear your head

Yes, the reservoir is designed to accommodate fly fishing at Limousin. But for the rest, it’s Mother Nature who offers us a magnificent setting with its peaceful waters and lush vegetation. Fly fishing is an opportunity to free your mind by being close to nature 💚

To get the most out of the reservoir: a suitable fly rod, a range of dry and wet flies, waders if you’re going to be in the water, a fine landing net and, above all, a responsible attitude to catching (catch and release when requested).
