Description
1001 Notes innovates with a Garden Party on July 14, as a preamble to the Festival, in the exceptional setting of the Chapelle Saint-Martin park, a veritable Limousin temple of excellence led by Gilles Dudognon. Pianist Nicolas Horvath offers a voyage through the French repertoire, from Couperin to Johnny, via Yann Tiersen, mixing classical music, song transcriptions and a few surprises. To accompany the concert, the chef will prepare a picnic basket for those who wish. Virtuosity, emotion, high artistic standards and popular spirit all come together in a single performance. Scholarly music finds here all its festive and accessible dimension. An elegant, convivial and joyous moment to celebrate July 14th under the stars.
