Mélusine Masson and Matthieu Buis produce cheese from the milk of their Basco-Béarnaise and Manech tête noire ewes, hardy breeds from the Pyrénées-Atlantiques region.
After learning from the know-how of the Béarn estives, they returned to Haute-Vienne to offer fresh cheeses, Ossaud'ici (ewe's milk tomme) and yoghurts. They also offer suckling lamb and merguez.
