




Aymeric Mercier and Marie Van Den Berghe have been raising goats and producing certified organic cheese since 2008. They produce two types of goat cheese: Tomme fermière du Limousin and lactic cheeses such as crottins, briquettes, pyramides cendrées, cabécous, faisselle, etc.
